  • Position Overview
  • Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Brand Deployment Analyst to support the timely, cost-effective movement of finished goods across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, vendors, and third-party facilities. This urgent backfill assignment will help optimize inventory deployment, maintain service levels, and support supply chain planning initiatives.
  • Remote candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates based near Neenah, WI, or Roswell, GA are preferred and may work a hybrid schedule, including onsite collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate finished-goods deployment across plants, distribution centers, vendors, and third-party logistics facilities.
  • Partner with production planning teams to align inventory availability with production schedules and customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain planning and master data within ERP and planning systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving stock, stranded inventory, and obsolescence risk.
  • Coordinate supply changes, production timelines, promotional activity, and product requirements with cross-functional partners.
  • Identify deployment improvements related to truck-cube utilization, shipping modes, regional sourcing, and logistics cost efficiency.
  • Support product launches, product transitions, rollovers, and other supply chain projects.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, inventory deployment, logistics, distribution, or related operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives, prioritize work, and make sound operational decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP and supply chain planning tools such as Maestro or Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, distribution center operations, mill operations, and supply chain planning processes.
  • Experience supporting customer-service goals, logistics performance, and cost-savings initiatives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
