- The Position
- As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The role offers the opportunity to apply evidence-based practices while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA services to support client progress.
- Monitor and evaluate client outcomes using data to inform clinical decision-making.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications and Candidate Background
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and care teams.
