• The Position
• As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA services to support client progress.
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes using data to inform clinical decision-making.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

• Qualifications and Candidate Background
