About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, combining approximately 80% remote work with 20% in-person sessions, primarily based in Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing supervision to behavioral therapists, designing and reviewing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic programs. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes professional development, including free continuing education units (CEUs). The Hybrid BCBA will play a crucial role in delivering tailored ABA services, conducting assessments, and maintaining clear communication with families, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of care. Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis: Minimum of 6 months experience (Required)
• License/Certification: BCBA certification (Required)
• Work Location: Hybrid/Remote in Georgia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design, review, and update individualized behavior intervention plans
• Regularly review session notes and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Analyze ABA data to monitor progress and implement necessary program modifications
• Maintain effective communication with clients’ families, technicians, and administrative staff
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment strategies
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies
• Support professional development initiatives and ongoing training
