Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric Clinic

Social Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric speech, occupational, and ABA therapy clinic in West Bloomfield, MI. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities through evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify treatment goals and client needs
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and make treatment modifications as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide parent and caregiver training on behavior management strategies and skill development
  • Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision records
  • Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Active Michigan licensure or eligibility for licensure, if applicable
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising clinical staff
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Preferred
  • Experience in a pediatric outpatient setting
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Experience collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
