• Role Description
• We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The BCBA will design and implement behavior analysis programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, provide direct and indirect client services, and manage behavior plans tailored to individual needs. Additional responsibilities include delivering parent training, conducting assessments, evaluating progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role will maintain compliance with ethical and professional guidelines to ensure clients receive the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Proficiency in Behavior Management and designing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Experience providing Parent Education and effective training programs
• Strong foundation in Psychology or related fields relevant to behavior analysis
• Active BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person and remote responsibilities
• Experience with children or individuals diagnosed with ASD is preferred
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related
