Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing center-based ABA therapy program in Colorado Springs. The position provides the opportunity to deliver clinical services to children and adolescents while working with a supportive team focused on quality care and manageable caseloads.
The program serves individuals across early intervention, school-age, adolescent, and higher-acuity behavioral programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Oversee data collection, programming, and treatment integrity.
- Provide parent and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Manage a caseload generally capped at 10 clients, with high-acuity programs typically capped at 6-8 clients.
Clinical Programs
The organization provides opportunities to work across a variety of clinical populations and programs, including:
- Early Intervention - ages 7 and under
- School-Age Programs - ages 8-12
- Adolescent and Severe Behavior Programs - ages 13-21
- Social Skills and After-School Programs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing preferred.
- Candidates currently preparing for the BCBA examination may be considered.
- Active BCaBA candidates may also be considered.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
- Experience with multiple diagnoses, trauma, early intervention, and/or severe behavior is a plus.
- Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Master's degree preferred.

- Starting salary of $90,000+, based on certification, experience, clinical background, and caseload complexity.
