• Clinical Director (BCBA) – Part-Time with Path to Full-Time
• Compensation: $80–$105/hour, based on experience. Salary options can also be discussed for candidates who prefer a salaried position.
• Schedule: Part-time preferred; full-time available for the right candidate
• About the Opportunity
• We are looking for an experienced BCBA and clinical leader to join a growing ABA organization as our Clinical Director.
• This is more than a clinical role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the clinical side of the organization, lead and mentor clinicians, build strong systems, and help shape the company's continued growth.
• We would ideally like someone to start part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role as the organization grows. We are also open to candidates who prefer full-time from the beginning.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across ABA services
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services
• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, clinical programming, and progress monitoring
• Review clinical documentation and maintain strong clinical standards
• Train and develop clinical team members
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and improve clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor clinical outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with ownership and leadership on company growth and clinical strategy
• Help build a strong, collaborative clinical culture
• Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Strong clinical experience in ABA
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and develop other clinicians
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead a growing team
• Passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and families
