Compensation

  • $85,000 – $120,000+ annually (DOE, location, and employer)
  • Leadership compensation available for management positions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
  • Provide parent and caregiver education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and educational teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethical Code and payer requirements
  • Required Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start, where required by state law
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), treatment planning, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to obtain state credentialing and payer enrollment as required
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of post-certification BCBA experience (varies by employer)
  • Experience in clinic, home, school, or community-based ABA settings
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for Arizona leadership positions
  • Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses
