Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Lexington, MI

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Every Other Saturday (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM during the school year) - Flexible 40-hour work week

Flexible : BCBA can work for 2-3 days a week onsite per week and the rest is work from home. we are also open to them being onsite 1 week per month instead.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment programs
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and treatment modifications
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
• Provide parent and caregiver training to reinforce treatment goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral interventions
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• New and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply
