About the Role

Fiesta Health is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote clinical oversight for children with autism receiving in-home ABA services throughout Georgia. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely and making a meaningful impact on children and families in your community.

  • Pay: $95/hour
  • Location: Fully Remote (Georgia)
  • Note: Applicants must reside in Georgia by their start date and hold an active Georgia LBA or be eligible to obtain an LBA within 30 days.

What You Will Do Day to Day

  • * Train, Supervise, Support RBTs
  • * Client Clinical Management
  • * Evaluate and Analyze Graphical Data
  • * Make Program Changes
  • * Train, Supervise, Support RBTs (Super Important!)
  • * Deliver services in English and Spanish to support our diverse community

Qualifications

  • * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • * Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain one within 30 days
  • * Fluency in English and Spanish
  • * Must reside in Georgia by the start date
  • * Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical caseloads preferred
  • * Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
  • * Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered, evidence-based ABA services
