  • Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Elgin, IL. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress using data-driven methods. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and training behavior technicians, providing parent and caregiver education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans. The BCBA will maintain detailed documentation, ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards, and participate in ongoing treatment reviews and program improvements.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with demonstrated ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management techniques to support clients with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers on behavior strategies and reinforcing treatment goals at home.
  • Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience providing ABA services in home or community settings is preferred.
  • Strong observational, data collection, and analytical skills, with proficiency in ABA data systems.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
