We’re hiring BCBA's s for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

• What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
• Track and review client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

• What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA
