Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Title: BCBA
• Location: Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, and Essex Counties, NJ
• Compensation: Salary + sign on + benefits

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to promote client success.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maintain treatment effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualification:

• Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience: Prior work with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.

• Work Schedule & Availability
• Full-time position
• Cases available during day, afternoon, and evening hours.
• Flexibility required, including occasional weekends.
