About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced BCBA to join our growing team. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental differences, supervise RBTs, provide family education, coordinate care with other providers, and mentor staff and BCBA candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates
- Monitor and analyze client data; adjust programs based on progress and data trends
- Coordinate care with families and other service providers to ensure consistency of interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory and agency requirements
- Provide family education and support to promote generalization of skills
- Mentor and support professional development for staff
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to supervise RBTs and mentor BCBA candidates
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and safe driving record
