• What You'll Do
• As a BCBA with Behavioral Framework, you will:
• Provide approximately 32 clinical hours weekly, including supervision, treatment planning, and parent training
• Manage a diverse caseload across ages, skill levels, and funding sources
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Conduct ongoing assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and other clinical evaluations
• Analyze client progress data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Complete treatment plan updates and clinical documentation in accordance with payer requirements
• Partner with families to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for clients and staff
• Travel monthly for in-person supervision, clinical meetings, and team collaboration

• What We're Looking For
• ✔ BCBA certification in good standing
• ✔ Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• ✔ Experience conducting assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• ✔ Passion for delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA services
