Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient ABA clinic in Boone, NC. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote meaningful client outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments using standardized tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLS, SRS, and other appropriate assessments.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
- Provide direct clinical oversight for assigned caseloads while ensuring high-quality ABA services and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, BHCOE quality standards, and funding source requirements.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and student analysts through regular supervision, feedback, and training.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers by conducting parent training, providing education, and supporting treatment goals across home and community settings.
- Utilize Central Reach and other data collection systems to monitor learner progress, analyze treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical staff and leadership to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain timely documentation, authorization updates, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- New BCBA graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Experience supervising RBTs or providing ABA services is preferred but not required.
- Experience using CentralReach or similar EMR/practice management platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborating effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
