• Position Summary
• The BCBA provides clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA therapy and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Core duties include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data, coaching caregivers, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care that drives meaningful progress.

• Primary Responsibilities
• Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations.
• Identify strengths, needs, and priorities; develop individualized recommendations.
• Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with measurable goals.
• Adjust plans based on ongoing data and progress.

• 2. Clinical Supervision
• Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence.

• 3. Family Partnership & Collaboration
• Deliver caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Partner with families to set meaningful priorities and support strategy use in daily routines.
• Coordinate care with physicians, educators, SLPs, OTs, and other providers as needed

• 4. Documentation, Compliance & Quality
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and analyze treatment data.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer guidelines, and state regulations.
• Participate in clinical meetings, peer collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Qualifications Required
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum two years of ABA experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally to client homes.
• Preferred
• In-home ABA therapy experience.
• Familiarity with CentralReach or similar electronic documentation systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
