- Job Description
- We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay in a supportive, mission-driven, clinician-led environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

- Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills
