Job Summary:
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
- Safety Management
- Cleaning Duties
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- BCBA Certification (At least 1 year post certification preferred)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas by start date
- BLS / CPR certification by start date
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
