- Role Description This part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Douglasville, GA, with a combination of in-home visits and some work-from-home responsibilities. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide in-home direct services and supervision to behavior technicians. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring client progress, analyzing behavioral data, and making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans. The BCBA will offer parent education and training, collaborate with families and other providers, and ensure all services align with ethical and professional standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and participating in regular team communication to support continuity of care.
- Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to coach caregivers and support consistent implementation across settings.
- Background in Psychology or related field to understand developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of children with autism.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility for, or possession of, LBA licensure or Limited Permit as required in Georgia.
- Experience providing in-home ABA services and supervising behavior technicians or similar staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, cultural responsiveness, and maintaining high ethical standards in client care.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits in and around Douglasville, GA, and ability to meet scheduling needs for part-time work.
