- Competitive hourly rates (up to $85.00 - $95.00/hr) or competitive annual salaries (between $75,000 to $95,000).

- Your Role and Impact
- As a BCBA at ABLG, you will lead the clinical journey for individuals aged 18 months to 21 years. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessment & Design: Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland) to create individualized, research-based programs.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee the implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, ensuring evidence-based standards are met.
- Mentorship: Provide high-quality supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), interns, and BCBA candidates.
- Collaboration: Lead weekly parent training sessions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school districts and other healthcare providers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze client progress data and adjust programming in real-time to maximize outcomes.
- Qualifications
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Licensure: Possession of or eligibility for New Jersey state licensure.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred, with a strong background in working with individuals with Autism.
- Core Skills: Strong expertise in FBAs, behavior management, and parent education.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
