Finance Systems Support Analyst | 6-Month Contract | Midtown New York

We're looking for a Finance Systems Support Analyst to join a leading law firm in Midtown New York on a 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting Elite 3E and Aderant finance systems who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert support for finance systems and resolving user queries across multiple regions
• Managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing system maintenance
• Supporting testing, implementations, upgrades, and functional enhancements
• Assisting with month-end and year-end finance processes
• Creating and maintaining user guides, process documentation, and training materials
• Collaborating with Finance, Technology, and global stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience
