- Role Description The Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide on-site ABA services at our center and local private schools in Tampa, FL in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention strategies. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions based on progress and clinical needs. The role also involves collaborating with families and caregivers, providing education and support, and maintaining clear, bilingual communication and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory s
- tandards.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with current BACB guidelines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both.
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring treatment outcomes.
- Ability to supervise, coach, and support behavior technicians and other team members in implementing ABA programs.
- Knowledge of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, data collection methods, and behavior analytic documentation standards.
- Strong skills in collaboration with families, caregivers, schools, and healthcare professionals.
- Comfort working on-site with clients in clinic, home, or community settings in Tampa, FL.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations (e.g., individuals with autism or developmental disabilities) is strongly preferred.
