We are hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build scalable backend systems for a cloud-based financial analytics platform processing billions of market events daily. This is a greenfield opportunity with a strong focus on AWS, Big Data, and microservices.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Java development experience
- Hands-on with AWS (EMR, ECS, Lambda, S3)
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto)
- REST APIs, SQL, and microservices architecture
- CI/CD using Jenkins, CloudFormation, and DevOps practices
- Python or Unix Shell scripting
- Experience using AI coding tools (LLM-based development)
