Bi-lingual Warehouse Operation (KR-ENG)

• Samsung C&T America operates an office in Austin and supplies a wide range of piping components—including pipes, fittings, and valves—for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial applications across the United States.
• We provide end-to-end solutions to our customers, covering procurement, inventory control, and stock management.
• Our core business focuses on sourcing materials from both domestic and overseas suppliers, managing all operational processes, and delivering materials to contractors’ job sites on time. We also continuously work to expand our customer base and develop new vendor partnerships to strengthen our supply chain capabilities.
• We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with hands-on experience in warehouse management and piping materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations and storage of piping materials
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, and operational efficiency
• Streamline picking and packing processes to support 10–15 construction and contractor clients
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with client delivery schedules
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or errors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate daily workflows, delivery schedules, and issue resolution with 3PL partners
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality

Qualifications

• Required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Preferred
• Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $60,000-$80,000
