About the Role:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Analytics Specialist in Marysville, OH. Joining our BI and Data Science organization, you will build executive business intelligence dashboards, develop predictive analytical models, and advance AI/ML enablement to drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting in Power BI / Qlik.
• • Write robust SQL queries and Python/R data transformations to integrate complex enterprise data pipelines.
• • Build predictive analytics, machine learning prototypes, and statistical models to optimize operations.
• • Partner with corporate business units to translate operational questions into actionable data visualizations.
• • Enforce data governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and enterprise reporting best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical field.
• • 1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development.
• • Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python or R).
• • Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• • Foundational knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Azure, AWS, Snowflake) and machine learning concepts.
