Benefits Analyst

• Our client, an Oil & Gas Services company in North Houston is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their HR team. This is a great opportunity for a benefits professional who enjoys supporting employees, managing benefit processes, and maintaining accurate HR data.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain employee benefit plans and related changes
• Manage benefits-related onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment issues
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and plan coverage
• Support day-to-day benefits administration activities
• Qualifications:
• 3+ years of benefits experience required
• Experience working in an HRIS system required
• Workday experience is a huge plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and employee support skills
