Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

Join our team as a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within our outpatient ABA program.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing a caseload of 8-12 patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments and guiding behavior technicians in executing treatment strategies.
• Coaching parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles at home.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes speech, occupational, and physical therapists.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or scheduled to sit for the exam soon.
• Experience in creating treatment plans for skill development and behavior reduction.
• Supervision experience with technicians implementing plans.
