Join our team as a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within our outpatient ABA program.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a caseload of 8-12 patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Conducting assessments and guiding behavior technicians in executing treatment strategies.
- Coaching parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles at home.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification or scheduled to sit for the exam soon.
- Experience in creating treatment plans for skill development and behavior reduction.
- Supervision experience with technicians implementing plans.
