Role Overview
As a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead the delivery of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic setting, supervising behavior technicians and working within an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include managing a caseload of 8-12 patients, conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and coaching staff and caregivers to implement effective interventions. You will collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each child's needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active BCBA certification or in the process of sitting for the exam
- Experience developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
- Supervisory experience with behavior technicians
- Strong communication skills for coaching families and team members
