BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Salary: $90,000-$112,000/year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor ABA-based interventions.
- Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians.
- Review data, track progress, and ensure quality of care.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license required.
- Must be credentialed with Louisiana Medicaid and MCOs.
- 3-5 years of BCBA experience required.
- Pediatric/adolescent ABA experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Comfortable traveling between school and home/community settings.
