Role Summary:

• Lead the overall QA automation strategy, work with business stakeholders and development teams, define automation standards, mentor offshore team, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Own the QA automation roadmap and strategy
• • Design scalable automation architecture using Typescript and Playwright
• • Collaborating with product owners, architects, and developers
• • Review automation code and enforce coding standards
• • Plan sprint activities and assign work to offshore resources
• • Manage automation metrics and reporting
• • Ensure CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps
• • Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage
• • Mentor engineers and conduct technical interviews
• • Present automation status to leadership and clients
• Technical Skills:
• • Required: Experience coding in Typescript for 3+ years
• • Required: Experience coding in Playwright for 3+ years
• • Required: Experience designing and setting up test automation framework
• • Required: Experience Parallel execution strategies
• • Required: Experience Azure Devops
• • Nice to have: Experience Allure reporting
• • Nice to have: Test Automation Architect experience
