It addresses the challenge of efficiently activating audience data across multiple platforms and publishers, enabling advertisers to execute audience-based campaigns with scale and accuracy.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Audience Operations Analyst supports the audience management process by managing audience onboarding, campaign setup, client reporting, and operations. This role ensures accurate execution of campaign workflows and contributes to the successful activation of advanced TV audience data, providing essential operational support within the team.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Assist in setting up audience deals and campaigns within the platform from confirmation to campaign creation.
- • Maintain accurate records and project statuses for real-time visibility across stakeholders.
- • Reconcile data between internal systems and the platform, resolving discrepancies.
- • Support client reporting by preparing and organizing data outputs.
- • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- • Expand role responsibilities over time as workflows evolve.
4. Requirements:
- • Organized and detail-oriented with a record of accurate, timely work across multiple streams.
- • Comfortable managing various tasks and adapting to context switches.
- • Proactive communicator who maintains clean systems and flags issues early.
- • Critical thinker able to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgments.
- • Quick to learn new platforms and tools.
- • Regular user of AI tools for workflow automation and task execution.
- • Proficient with spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- • 0–3 years of relevant experience in ad tech, media operations, or related fields.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Expected base salary between $60,000 and $80,000.
- • Eligibility for annual performance bonus.
- • Participation in a Long Term Incentive Plan.
