2. About the Opportunity:
The Associate Technical Support Analyst role is centered on delivering timely technical support to ensure uninterrupted patient care. This position is responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to radiology systems, acting as a primary contact for customers, and collaborating across teams to maintain system functionality and support organizational goals.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Respond to urgent support calls impacting patient care
- • Serve as the primary customer contact for reported issues
- • Document incidents and accurately scope technical problems
- • Manage a ticket backlog of 20-30 cases
- • Troubleshoot production RIS and PACS radiology systems and associated technologies
- • Coordinate with internal teams including R&D, technical response, systems engineering, production, installation, and sales
- • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems or equivalent technical education
- • At least 1 year of customer service experience
- • Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, starting between 5am and 9:30am, with on-call rotation
Preferred:
- • Experience with Windows command line and Powershell
- • Experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and Active Directory issues
- • Experience in a technical support center and technical application support
- • Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C, C#, C++, Python)
- • Healthcare industry experience, preferably in medical imaging (radiology or cardiology)
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Hourly pay ranges from $28.94 to $51.63 based on experience and qualifications
- • Comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
