Associate - Product Analyst

Initially on-site at First! After the first month, there is potential to work hybrid.

• Overview: We're looking for a Data Product Analyst to help build and evolve an enterprise data entitlements framework that enables secure, governed access to critical business data. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to define access models, document requirements, and support the implementation of enterprise-wide data access controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data governance, access controls, business analysis, or data platforms who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
• Requirements:
• 2-4 years working with data governance, business analysis, data analytics, or data engineering
• Experience with Databricks and SQL
• Experienced with either RBAC or ABAC
• Nice-to-Have's:
• Exposure to governance tools such as Collibra, Immuta, Microsoft Purview, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry.
• Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data classification.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product delivery.
