• Partner with Corporate Account leadership and Contract Administration teams to manage the timely completion and submission of customer pricing proposals, contracts, and RFP responses across assigned territories.
• Review and validate pricing structures, contract terms, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy prior to customer and internal distribution.
• Collaborate with Contract Administration to facilitate new contract implementation, ensuring pricing, billing, shipping, and customer account parameters are accurately configured within the ERP system.
• Support sales leadership by providing pricing analysis, account-level reporting, and data-driven insights while partnering with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed pricing models and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and executive management review.
• Deliver analytical and operational support while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of customer service.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable legal requirements through ongoing training, adherence to internal controls, and ethical business practices.
• Represent the organization professionally while fostering positive relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and business partners, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
