Job Overview:

The Associate Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and recommending changes to internal processes and standards to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves working on multiple concurrent projects to document and improve business processes, conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis, and develop business cases to support recommendations. The candidate will apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodologies, benchmarking, project management, and change management techniques to achieve project goals. This position is designed to develop the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities, with opportunities to take on more complex assignments over time.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend changes to internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in documenting major business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis of business processes.
• Develop business cases to support process improvement recommendations.
• Monitor the progress of implementing recommended changes.
• Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodologies, and change management techniques.
• Perform routine work assignments and progressively take on more complex tasks.
• Qualifications:
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a directly related field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making, with knowledge of when to involve others.
• Proficient in business process improvement methodologies, benchmarking, and change management.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Associate's degree with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
