  • Role Description The Associate Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role supports the analysis and improvement of Jobrion’s internal processes and services that assist job seekers. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and reviewing business processes, and performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. The Associate Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, and assist in testing and validating process or system changes. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to clarify needs, align on priorities, and ensure that solutions support Jobrion’s mission of enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and decision support.
  • Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills for documenting needs, defining solutions, and supporting project delivery.
  • Candidates should possess Business Process skills for process mapping, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, information systems, or a related field.
  • Beneficial experience includes familiarity with data visualization tools, spreadsheet and presentation software, and basic project management practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail is highly valued.
