Key Responsibilities

• ◆ Assist in the preparation of client-ready spreadsheets, charts, and supporting exhibits
• ◆ Support senior analysts and associates with data collection, cleaning, and validation for incentive plan data analysis and modeling support engagements
• ◆ Contribute to peer review and proofreading of client deliverables before distribution
• ◆ Support the collection and organization of proxy statement and SEC filing data
• ◆ Assist in maintaining and updating ACPWB's proprietary benchmarking data libraries
• ◆ Complete assigned compliance, ethics, and professional development training modules on schedule
• ◆ Provide research support for ACPWB thought leadership publications and white papers on incentive plan data analysis and modeling support

Qualifications

Required

• ◆ Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience
• ◆ Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure in a client-services environment
• ◆ 2 years or less of professional experience — this is an entry-level role and will be evaluated accordingly
• ◆ Interest in compensation, human capital, or workforce research as a professional focus
• ◆ GPA of 3.3 or above, or equivalent demonstrated academic performance

Preferred

• ◆ Familiarity with compensation concepts such as base pay, total cash, or equity compensation
• ◆ Experience with survey research methods or primary data collection
• ◆ Experience with any data analysis tool beyond Excel (Python, R, Stata, or similar)
• ◆ Coursework in statistics, econometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or labor economics
• ◆ Multilingual capability, particularly Spanish, for support on multinational client research
