We are seeking an analytical, tech-fluent, and highly strategic Associate AI Solution Analyst to join our global AI Implementation pod. In this entry-level role, you will serve as a key architectural bridge between our data science teams and international enterprise clients, helping to identify business workflows that can be supercharged through artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

Responsibilities
- AI Opportunity Identification: Interface with business units and external clients to analyze their operational workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and assess the feasibility of introducing AI/ML solutions to drive efficiency.
- AI Prototyping & Prompt Engineering: Assist in setting up proof-of-concept AI workflows, utilizing modern API testing tools to run prompt engineering experiments, evaluate LLM outputs, and tune models to fit specific client requirements.
- Data Layer Preparation Support: Collaborate with client data teams to identify required datasets for AI training and fine-tuning, ensuring data models are cleanly structured via basic SQL data aggregation.
- Implementation Coordination: Track project milestones across Agile sprints, coordinating hand-offs between core AI Engineers and client-side testing teams during model training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Education & Domain Literacy: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a heavily quantitative technical field.
- Language Fluency: Professional-to-native level verbal and written proficiency in both English and Korean. You must be completely confident presenting technical solution blueprints and leading business meetings in both languages.
- Professional/Academic Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (inclusive of robust technical internships, university lab research in machine learning/data analytics, or personal projects involving AI API integrations).
- AI/ML Foundational Literacy: A solid theoretical understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and the current landscape of foundational AI models.
- Technical Scripting Basics: Basic-to-intermediate hands-on programming comfort with Python and SQL to query relational databases and manipulate raw datasets.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with modern GenAI frameworks and API orchestration tools (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
- Practical familiarity with Agile methodology and workflow tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
- Previous experience in a client-facing internship, university consulting club, or international study environment.

- Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 base structure + Performance Bonus, Equity Options & Premium Corporate Health and Wellness Benefits.
