The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will:
Assist in leading tenant fit‑out for a hyperscale data center project in Gainesville, VA
Support delivery of a 200,000 SF, stacked data center campus (core & shell complete)
Collaborate directly with executive leadership and ownership
Help establish processes, standards, and best practices for the data center division
Contribute strategic insight as the company enters the data center market
Play a foundational role as one of the first hires in the new division
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will have:
Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
Background in commercial construction (data centers a plus, not required)
Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership
Interest in building processes and contributing beyond a traditional role
Self‑starter mindset suited for an entrepreneurial environment
Job Offer
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will receive:
Base salary: $90,000-$105,000
$750/month allowance
Guaranteed end‑of‑year bonus paid in 2027
