The Business Intelligence Insights Assistant will support the Research & Insights Team within the Business Intelligence Department at MSE, with a focus on AI-forward projects and initiatives. This role will contribute to consumer insights, data analytics, research, visualization, and other projects as needed, using AI tools to help generate insights, improve processes, and support decision-making across multiple stakeholders and properties.

Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of AI-forward projects and workflows.
- Use AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Claude, for research, analysis, automation, and other business use cases.
- Analyze large datasets to identify relevant trends and insights.
- Explore emerging AI tools, models, and methodologies for potential business uses.
- Assist with documenting AI workflows, prompts, processes, and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation using Markdown files.
- Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical employees.
- Support department initiatives and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current undergraduate or graduate student.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Markdown (.md) files.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other coding or querying languages preferred.
- Experience with Databricks, particularly AI capabilities and/or infrastructure, preferred.
