• Hiring: Archer Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Archer Business Analyst to support enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives on the RSA Archer/Archer Evolv platform. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting Archer configuration, and driving QA activities, including test planning, test case development, SIT, and UAT.

Required Skills:

• 3–7+ years of Archer Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on experience with RSA Archer/Archer Evolv and GRC
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with QA, testing, SIT/UAT, and defect tracking
• Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience
