About The Role

A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its team. This position will focus on reviewing aging accounts, researching discrepancies, and resolving outstanding balances within a healthcare environment.

This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and previous medical or healthcare accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze aging accounts and outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
• Work with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Monitor aging reports and identify trends or recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Previous medical or healthcare industry experience required.
• Experience researching and reconciling complex accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
