Role Description
We are seeking an Application Systems Analyst / Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting systems analysis, providing technical support, troubleshooting software and IT systems, and working collaboratively to develop and implement technology solutions. You will assess existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will manage projects and continuously optimize services to enable operational efficiency and exceptional results.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Systems Analysis, including the ability to evaluate, design, and enhance system functionalities.
Demonstrated Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to identify issues and provide data-driven resolutions effectively.
Proficiency in delivering Technical Support and a solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and tools.
Experience in project management and an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare IT, system integration projects, or related industries is a strong asset.
