Application Support Analyst

TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Management Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in South Jordan, UT

• Role: Production Management Analyst – Level 2
• Duration: 1+ Year
• Location: South Jordan, UT (Hybrid)

We are looking for an L2 Production/Application Support Analyst to support mission-critical financial trading and risk applications. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, managing incidents, working with development teams, and improving system stability through automation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Production/Application Support.
• Strong Linux/Unix production support experience.
• Good SQL/database troubleshooting skills.
• Scripting experience with Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, or SNMP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting trading, risk, margin, market data, or financial applications.
• Experience in investment banking, brokerage, capital markets, or financial services.
• Knowledge of Autosys.
• Experience with Perforce or ClearCase.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure or other cloud environments.
