Application Support Analyst(Dynamics 365/Apriso MSE)

• Job Overview
• This role will primarily support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Apriso MES. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users, ensure proper ticket follow-up and closure, and work closely with IT development and application teams to drive problem resolution.
• Experience with D365 F&O or Apriso/MES is preferred, but experience with both is not required. Training will be provided on the applications and their interfaces.

• Required Qualifications
• Experience working as part of an application support, production support, or enterprise software support team.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software/application issues for end users.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users at both manufacturing/factory-floor and corporate/office locations.
• Experience using helpdesk, ticketing, or ITSM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize daily assignments.
• Experience collaborating with software developers or technical teams to resolve application problems.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience with Apriso MES / Dassault Systèmes Apriso.
• Experience supporting ERP or MES applications.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Knowledge of ERP/MES integrations and application interfaces.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day application support for D365 Finance & Operations and Apriso MES.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users across the manufacturing site.
• Work directly with factory-floor personnel, production users, and office/business users to understand and resolve application issues.
• Manage assigned incidents and support requests from initial assignment through resolution and closure.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Track issues accurately in the helpdesk/ITSM system and software development environment.
• Collaborate with D365, Apriso, IT application support, and software development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and relevant technical information.
• Support issues involving interfaces and integrations between Apriso MES and D365 F&O.

• What We're Looking For
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on application support professional who enjoys solving user problems and working across both business and technical teams.
• You should be comfortable speaking with a production-floor employee about an application issue, investigating the problem, documenting the incident, coordinating with developers or other IT teams, and following the issue through to resolution.

D365 F&O and Apriso experience is highly desirable, but candidates with strong ERP, MES, or enterprise application support experience will also be considered.
