- Application Support Analyst – Broadcast / Media
- Location: Remote – USA
- Time Zone: Must be able to work Eastern or Pacific Time Zone hours

- Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in IT Service Management / Application Support
- Strong hands-on experience with Operative Integrated Broadcast Management System (IBMS) or MediaGenix platform
- Experience supporting Broadcast Ad Sales Operations across TV and Radio environments
- Strong Incident and Problem Management experience
- Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills
- Experience with enterprise Reporting environments
- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow or Jira
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
- Experience managing application support for critical enterprise applications
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of Application Support Analysts
- Ensure operational continuity and availability of critical broadcast applications
- Own incident and problem management processes
- Collaborate with IT Operations and business stakeholders to align application support activities
- Monitor application performance and implement appropriate monitoring strategies
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and operational reports
- Provide on-call support and manage change-control activities
- Troubleshoot application and database-related issues using SQL/PLSQL
- Manage ticket resolution workflows and ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and coach application support team members
- Maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
