Application Analyst

Enterprise Security Applications team is looking for a collaborative, driven, and technically skilled professional looking to make a meaningful impact in enterprise security by delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role will serve as a key project resource for our BEAR Enhancements initiative, partnering closely with the Firewall Compliance team to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Assist with the health, performance, and reliability of the BEAR application.
• • Design and develop complex software solutions to address business challenges.
• • Translate ideas into actionable user stories and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• • Provide insights and solutions to product owners and business users.
• • Ensure regulatory compliance and apply Human Performance tools during testing and implementation.
• • Lead design/code reviews and uphold best practices in source control and documentation.
• • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.

• Required Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• • 10+ years of experience in application development and support.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• • Familiarity with the full application lifecycle.
