2. About the Opportunity:
The Analytics Manager, Credit Cards role involves leading analytics efforts for the credit card portfolio, serving as a key partner across multiple business functions. This individual contributor position impacts product strategy, risk management, portfolio growth, and executive decisions by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The role requires ownership, proactive collaboration, and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Support strategic operations of the credit card business through data-driven insights.
- • Evaluate priorities across business functions and recommend scalable solutions.
- • Identify growth opportunities and develop hypotheses using data from credit risk, portfolio management, fraud, and marketing.
- • Manage cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Credit Risk, and leadership.
- • Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
- • Design A/B tests to support a test-and-learn strategy.
- • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including root cause investigations.
- • Analyze credit card engagement and performance to identify methods to increase usage.
- • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to develop scalable data solutions.
- • Own and manage business intelligence reports for analytics needs.
- • Utilize AI tools to enhance analytical efficiency and promote data democratization.
4. Requirements:
- • 6+ years in analytics, data science, decision science, credit risk, or related quantitative fields.
- • 4+ years supporting credit card portfolios with experience in credit risk, portfolio management, fraud analytics, or consumer lending.
- • Proficient in SQL with 4+ years of experience.
- • Experience with major BI platforms such as Tableau or Sigma (4+ years).
- • Hands-on experience (2+ years) using Python or R for analytical problem-solving.
- • Bachelor''s degree in a quantitative field; Master''s degree preferred.
- • Technical proficiency with a drive to manage projects end-to-end.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset with proactive ownership.
- • Ability to balance speed and quality in delivering business impact.
- • Effective communication skills to simplify complex analyses.
