About the Opportunity:

The ANALYTICS ENGINEER role centers on data modeling, management, and reporting to support decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure and delivering reliable, actionable analytics and dashboards primarily using SQL and Power BI. The role works closely with operational, sales, and finance teams to translate business needs into data solutions, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to transform raw data into dependable data models.
  • Create and manage Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards that are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, early issue detection, and consistent monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business questions into data models and reporting.
  • Build and automate data integrations from source systems to support reporting workflows.
  • Document data models, metrics, and definitions to maintain a unified understanding across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL including advanced functions and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including data modeling and creating reliable dashboards.
  • Attention to accuracy, documentation, and usability of data for non-technical users.
  • Effective communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

$92,500-$105,000 Base Salary
